I have an old Nuvi 750, should I use the CP1252 or the CP1255 ?
searching, it seems 1252 is english and 1255 is hebrew.
The Nuvi 750 does not seem to support hebrew since there is no voice or text file for hebrew.
So, it seems CP1252 is the right choice?

CP 1252.
This map works in Garmin Mobile PC and Garmin Mobile XT and in devices that don't have Hebrew.
CP 1255
Displays roads and names in English and Hebrew (for localized devices that support Hebrew)
Spoken Hebrew is not available, even on devices that support the Hebrew text language.
You have to navigate to get to the good.
Galaxy S5 Kitkat 4.4.2 / Nuvi1200->1250 / Nuvi3790T->34xx / Nuvi 2200 / Nuvi 66 / Oregon 600
Just for fun: CP1252 and CP1255 image files differ in five bytes (and even in five bits)/

Spoken Hebrew *IS* available (though no TTS):

When using CP1252 (e.g. on Nuvi 750) input is keyed using Latin characters. Sometimes it may be a challenge to spell a Hebrew name using Latin characters the way the CP1252 device "thinks" it should be spelled. But on a whole it's definitely usable.
