The firmware of your zūmo 340LM CE may support the second kind of JCV layer structure only, like Nuvi 4x/5x do. If so, you must use the other JCV file in post #1, i.e. D3589130A.JCV. Give it a try. If still not working, please upload your CE JCV file to somewhere for research.

    You are right!!!
PreProgrammedLaneAssistTemplatePortrait is in garmindevice.xml - so D3589130A.JCV will work with sharm.

will try and report result ;-)
funny thing though (as feedback to the forum threads): i tried another solution; i used mapinstaller to build an IMG of all the countries NOT included in the built-in CE map and loaded the IMG to SD; it works, no conflict between GMAPPROM and GMAPSUPP, all cards show on the screen, so cnfhbr was right in his assumption that it is not an issue with the registration and unlock codes - interessting :-)
another funny thing - i did NOT load any Europe JCV files to the .sys nor SD Card, i just use the built-in CE JVC files; amazing finding: while simulating a route from Netherlands to UK, UK junction views appear although CE map does NOT cover UK ? wow ... - what is your opinion to that ? hidden GARMIN feature ?

When you loaded Central Europe from Garmin Servers a Full Europe JCV file was loaded to your unit.
Use Windows search to find it.

    Nice. Does ASR work still?

Dasil is right then. It's not a regional JCV file for just CE, it's a full EU file. So what's it's file name? Do you mind uploading it to zippyshare or 1fichier and post the link here please [if it's not D3589130A.JCV of course].

Just go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and follow the instructions on the screen:
    - Browse for a file to be uploaded
    - Click "Start Upload"

    It's as easy as that!

Uploading to Zippy can be anonymous too, just check your files are not grater than 200 MB (or split them with WinRAR or similar) and click upload, at the end you'll get the links to post on forum.

hope it helps other guys having headache with the new Zumo's ;-)

btw - i don't want a vehicle as 'current position icon' on the screen - i want just a plain 2D triangle - without shaded borders and stuff - where can i get such an icon or how to customize myself ? i know it is off-topic but in your vehicles icons thread i could not find how to arrange a simple triange icon ;-))
