Where did this .SID file and .db file come from? I don't remember there was ever a .SID file and .db file released in any previous Middle East & Northern Africa release? And what is this .SID (External Point Addressing, or InstaSearch, or Traffic Trends V3, or Address Search). I assume the .db file is the Country State Search SQLite file?

It is InstaSearch and Country State Search probably from basic 24x5-25x5 regional device.

No problem with all existing files for this map but we do not have LM device ID for this region...

    From 2012/2013 devices, as 3490, 3460, 3597.

I made suggestion about basic 24x5-25x5 regional device because I do not see other more expensive SID:
ASG: AddressSearch (sid) - predictive keyboard
HTF: trafficTrendsv3 (sid) - no comment

Thanks for the post, would be great to know which jcv is for which unit.
I believe I can see a pattern that D3058130A.JCV will work for the nuvi 1310 as the last version was D3058120A.JCV - so a step of 10 up could be the updated version.
    Can anybody confirm that?

Yes, that's correct. Subsequent JCV files usually will increase by ten in the file name suitable for subsequent map versions and D3058130A.JCV is the recommended file for 1xxx to use with 2014.40.
