@lalakis: you inspired me to do some creative work ;-)
I isolated all 127 Mountain Refuges from the latest Anavasi TopoNavigator (v5.52) and converted them to GPX. I added a nice bitmap and converted them to a GPI file that you can put on your GPS or SD card. Now you can see the Mountain Refuges on any Greek map you want to use.

Put the GPI file in this location: SD:\Garmin\POI\ or GPS:\Garmin|POI\
Choose the level at which you want the refuges to be shown on your GPS by setting the zoom-level for User Waypoints.
You can search for the nearest Refuge on your GPS by selecting Where To? > Extras (on an Oregon 600 and 62s).

    you are amazing!!

I tried your solution with the file provided but my edge 705 does not support GPI, so I convert your file back to GPX and put it on SD:\GARMIN\GPX\

it works perfect on ANADIGIT v.6.28!!

Sorry, I didn't realize the Edge 705 doesn't support GPI files.
Using them as waypoints is a good alternative indeed.

Using gmaptool to split to MapSource I take thiw error:
    Multiple Code Pages, using 1250.
Multiple products in img, creating TDB aborted, try opion -f.

There were errors, result is faulty.

This map contains two different FID's, one for the map-tiles and one for the contourlines.
Mapsource can only show a map with one FID.

When splitting them in GMapTool for Mapsource you must select 'Set mapset FID'
You can use FID 800 and PID 1
