I think there is another error. Normally the D3xxxxxxx.jcv files are for the Nuvi 7x5 and older models that have junction view.
Has anyone verified that D1279190A.JCV is the correct one and NOT D3060110A.JCV?
Given that the mapset isn't officially out yet, I wouldn't be surprised there are more errors discovered.

Not an error as such, depending on how you interpret the q & a. I think it was asked which [sic: 'that'] nuvi is compatible with the D1279190A.JCV, and the answer was it's [compatible] for all series that can use 480*270 resolution jcv images [which is correct]. i.e. It doesn't matter what series it was issued for per se, it can be read by another if it's capable of handling resolution up to 480*270, so the 1xxx series can use the 7xx jcv and vice versa. If you are [incorrectly imo] taking Roger's answer as being that D1279190A will be the official file issued for 7xx/1xxx etc, then of course your comment is right and D3060110A.JCV will be what Garmin will issue for 7xx, just as Caty answered in Port #28.

Actually we prefer to call it PC install, MS is discontinued, so users should have it in Basecamp instead

I don't see any problem in running CNNANT2014_20Update.msi, it will install the map on pc, unlock, run Basecamp and voila' map is on your desktop.

Can someone help me with the JCV files? I have NUVI 3750. In previous version, there's a 400M JCV file that showed split screen junction view.

After upgrade to 2014.20, if I copy the 800M file to .system\JCV and it shows full screen junction view. But I have tried all other files but couldn't get the split screen JCV to work on 3750/3790.

    Please help. thanks

Check the name of previous JCV, I think you got D3060100A.JCV with 2012.10 , so now it should be D3060110A.JCV

    Thanks for such quick update.

D3060110A is the 800M full screen hi-res file. I did make that one work, but I prefer split screen. Is there still a ~400M version in 2014.20? I only see the 800/600M Hi/Lo full screen file. All other files are around 100M and nothing happened when I copied them to the same location.

BTW, the previous split screen JCV file I had was D3191080A.JCV on 2013.40, ~448M.
