Not working for me! Maybe I am doing something wrong? I just extracted the content of the archive in the link, and copied the D3530080A.JCV file to the JCV sub-folder in the hidden .System folder. Do I need to do anything else? The 2013.X map works fine.

What do you mean by '2013.X map'? D3530080A.JCV file is to be used only with this map [2014.20]. If you are teaming it with an earlier map it won't work, because the map and jcv version must match.

    Sorry for the confusion
What I mean is that when I use the 2013.3 map and the D3530060A.JCV combination it works, but when I use the 2014.2 map and the D3530080A.JCV file combination it does not.

NP, don't cry lol! Did you remove the old D3530060A file from the JCV folder? Old files can interfere with the correct operation of new ones. If you have only the new file in there, open it with GMAPTool to see if it shows an error. If it does, unpack again from the .rar file and re-check it or re-download the rar. miekuih reported in post #15 that it worked in his nuvi 40, so it should work for you too in any x0 or x2 series nuvi.

I did not remove the old file and will do so and check if it works. I did check the file with GMAPTool, and everything seems to be OK. The file size also corresponds with the info given previously. However, I also see D3530060A.gma and a D3530060A.unl files associated with the D3530060A.JCV file in the same folder? Should the D3530080A.JCV not have these files as well?

Edit: I deleted everything from this folder except the latest JCV file, and now it is working! Thanks for the assistance.

I assume then that your 2013.30 map was an 'official' purchased map. Removing all those files leaving only the new jcv file in the JCV folder was the key. If there are gma and unl files in the .System folder remove them too after backing up.
