A10 is not on the list of supported devices for this upgrade.

If your device supports quick spelling input method then try
    Official: Type2_Nuvi20x
Venus: full version for Nuvi 20x

    Otherwise, try
    Official: Type1_Nuvi3x0
    Venus: concise version

    Hi Syzygy,

Thanks to your good works we've been enjoying the many versions of Venus-CN maps.
    I downloaded these latest versions:
    Venus-CN-China-2012.40-CHS-NT17-QSI+ISM.part1
    Venus-CN-China-2012.40-CHS-NT17-QSI+ISM.part2
Unzipped and while unlocking with gimgunlock.exe encountered the messages
extracted from the tail of the log:
    ...
    Unlocking subfile I0515D85.GMP
    key: 0x74d04501
    encrypted ml: cae4655dca56d964d05869d466601f45d579324a45ebcb68

    Skipping plain subfile QSIINDEX.QSI
    Skipping plain subfile D1215BH0.MD2
    Skipping plain subfile ISM .IDX

then stopped. No unlocked img file was produced. I thought my download
process corrupted the files so I downloaded again. No joy, same result.
Do you know what's wrong? Or were the files posted on Baidu corrupted
    in the first place, somehow?

Have you followed instructions in gimgunlock thread?

Yes, I followed every instruction. I've been successful with unlocking other maps
with gimgunlock so when I first encountered the problem I tried with another lock
map and it did the unlocking. I even tried downloading gimgunlock again fearing
I had an older version. gimgunlock is the simplest tool to use - just drag the file
to this executable! But of course I also tried using a command window so I can
capture the log. Unfortunately no joy still ...

I downloaded from Baidu again and unlocked the map with gimgunlock v0.03 without problems. You seemed to drag to the original v0.01 or v0.02 of gimgunlock. Try to download v0.03 again (the size should be 70,144 bytes), or run on a different computer.

Is this map compatible with the Garmin GPSmap62s? I plan to buy the device in a few weeks.

    Many thanks.
