MMR only, you need to have CN Australia Navteq 2013.10 on your nuvi / sd card:

not tested but the same procedure did work for Garmin cityXplorer Europe 2013.20

Adelaide has both Sensis and Navteq!

Is there any difference between them and why two versions anyway?

Not sure about Adelaide, but with Brisbane in earlier versions of Navteq and Sensis the areas covered varied on the outskirts and so did the info. Probably the same with Adelaide...

As to why two versions, it's 'coz there's still two versions of the CN. If you plonk a full Navteq CX in with a Sensis CN (or vickyverka) there'll be problems if you don't deselect one.

The Sensis one is bigger by 3 MB to 10 MB. Would that make it more detailed?

Probably, but it also depends on the compression used by the mapmaker. It may not necessarily mean that Sensis has over 3 times more data for that reason.
