You can add a polyline for Active Routing. Quoted from TypViewer thread:

Select the polyline you want to modify according to various Profile Activity and click on Edit.
Copy and close the Edit window.
Click on New (i.e. Polyline)
Modify the colours (or everything else) as you want
Don't forget to choose your Activity you want to (keep the same type and subtype than the original polyline).Save the Polyline
Save the typ file (To do this, don't forget, before saving your modified typ file, to increase the size of the header to 174 bytes (using the combobox "Header size"))
When I said that you can add a polyline, I was talking about typ file: adding a polyline in a typ file is not the same than adding a polyline in the map.
Topo France v3 allows active routing, but the colors and the look of the polylines are the same for every activity ( change activity in Basecamp, no polyline changes...)
You can modify that by adding polylines attached to an activity in the TYP file: this can be done using TYPViewer. So , some polylines can change , depending the activity you choose. But those polylines already existed in the map.
If this GR is in the wrong place, a typ file cannot fix that.
As Mapperoni said, to fix that either you save the track of the right GR in a gpx file, either you created your own transparent map with a polyline created with this track...
