    i have got a gamin nuvi 1410 from dubai..preloaded with middle east maps

    now i hv planned to use it in india

    i hav downloaded d maps in d first page and unlocked it with jetmouse in which i selected gamin mobile XT

    wt else should i need now and is there any other step i failed to do..

    plz help
    am a newbie and i cant seem to undestand a lot of terms here

    Thank you all, earlier I had MMI v6 on my montana 650 but now I have MMI v7. I hope it has more info than the previous version....

    Just to say, thanks for posting MMI v7.

    It works a treat in my Garmin Zumo

    Just wish I could find a version of Mapsource India so I could do some route planning on the pc...

    you can use Basecamp: change MS flag to 0 with Gmaptool and it will show

    works well with my garmin nuvi 205. Just a basic map without POI
    Will going to india for a holiday in nov. hopefully it will be useful
