catymag u urself replied .. i am blessed!! I'm using the Nuvi 50 LM .. i downloaded the zip file.. extracted to a directory and unlocked using FIU. Then when i tired to copy the img file to the device it gave an error that the device didnt have enough memory. I deleted the text and keyboard files that i did not need. Then copied the img file to the device. turned it on and only USA maps where in the info section in settings --> maps--> info.
Then i renamed the img file from gmapsupp.img to gmapprom.img. Still didnt work and still wasnt showing in the info section in settings--> map.. please help me out as i cant understand what im doing wrong.

    Thank you very much

First download USB Garmin drivers, connect nuvi USB ,set Windows to see hidden files and folders, go to .System folder in nuvi and backup on pc your preloaded files: gmapprom.img gmapprom.unl and gmapprom.gma.
Then delete the old map on Nuvi along old .unl and .gma.
Unlock the new map, rename it to gmapprom.img and put it in the same place where you found the old one. Safely disconnect Nuvi from pc.

Will work on nuvis and apps that support Junction View (will not work on Mobile XT [unless you have the garmin-asus version] or Mobile PC)
JV is available for some exits on the highways and it's not photoreal, hence the small size. Here's it working on an ipod touch

Thanks manojmat for the India JCV (juctionvew) file. This works fine with my US model Nuvi 1390T with India.NT.2012.20 maps (does not work with MMI7 - If you have both the maps on your GPS storage, then select only IndiaNT2012.20). Have copied the India.jcv file to .system\jcv system folder.

To check if JCV file is working or not, you need to simulate your drive in any major city junction. When simulation starts working, hit the top of map and it will show the visual details. Select any intersection and start pressing up or down key till Junction View button is active (if jcv file is not working the Junction View button will be inactive/greyed). Most likely this JCV file is just the first version that is released so has only few highway exits. It would be great if someone shares updated JCV file or how to edit/add more details to this file.

    Thanks to all for sharing.
