    That was it - thanks - I knew it would be something simple :-) As soon as I did that I re-started it and there it was. Much thanks!

    Much thanks for this map - it works like a top.

    One thing though, it's print-protected (the chart). Does anyone know how to work around that or, better yet, fix it so that it can be printed? I'm using HomePort.

    Well I did everything like people have said I renamed the file and put it in a garmin folder and stuck it on a sd but the map on my gps looks the same way it did before and i cant tell anything is different.

    Folder must be "Garmin" G capital letter, file must be unlocked, naturally

    I ran the image over the gimgunlock then renamed it and stuck it in a folder named Garmin with a capital G and stuck it on a flash drive. Still no map

    Im using the Garmin gpsmap 76cx and I dont have homeport.

    Probably this map is too big for your device, but try to upgrade the firmware

    Well I plug my gps up to my computer and use the garmin web update thing that it installed on my computer and it says having problem connecting to the freaking internet. I know Im connected cause Im online writing this. I dont know what the ****ing problem is I been working on this thing for hours. I have a 4 gig card with the map on it plugged into the gps maybe I need to do some kung fu super secret magic **** that noone else on earth has had to do to get this crap to work.
