    is the FID enough to add in Jetmouse ,or region id is needed too?

    You can create a 25 character key based on your UnitID or CardID together with FID/MapID, PID, RgnID and VenID.
    If you use JM KG with FID=439, PID=1 (default), RgnID=0 (default) and VenID=0 (default) then you will unlock all 439,1,*,* values.

    The answer is that it will work with booth 439,1,0,0 and the more precise 439,1,1,3 values for this map.
