    @kayexelate

    It loooks a bit more complicated to edit language files for a nüvi 1260. Either wait for official files from Garmin (it they will ever come) or try some structured XML editor to assist the editing in a better way than a text editor.

    Free Microsoft XML Notepad 2007:

    Thanks Ballebar. that's what I figured. This is the first Garmin I have owned (previoulsy was a TomTom owner), so I'm still figuring out the setup.

    I think the 1260T being very new, might have different file set ups (I had to figure out where to put the maps and the POI's etc.)

    A bit of trial and error. Anyway, I guess I can get by with some characters from the Danish or Dutch keyboards preinstalled, but some Icelandic characters like ş aren't found in any other keyboard (at least none that are preinstalled on my garmin)

    thanks again.

    These are the cameras located on and near the intersection of capital and machinery as well as the poles around the country.
    You will be warned in advance. Warning area is about 400m radius from the camera.

    Hi,
    Sorry to drag an old post up but I copied the .img file to my Nuvi 255w and the map seems to be working. I can search for the airport and the hotel we are staying at and I can test the route between them. Is there no
    need to unlock the .img file or has this already been done?

    Cheers
    Packetboy.

    Hi Catymag

    I downloaded unpacked and installed in mapsource.
    Works fine with mapsource 6.15.7. (I use a parallel version)
    If I use mapsource 6.16.3 autorouting does not work correct and on the screen there is an offset of more then 500m with repect to CN EU NT 2012.2.
    In 6.15.7 this map and CN EU NT 2012.2 are corresponding.
    Any idea or thoughts why this map is not working correctly with mapsource 6.16.3
