    Which Map..?
Check/post the LOG with GmapTool (for details)
Try with rename mapset to gmap3d1.img....and put in folder Garmin nav or, also/better, SD, and look in Info map (menu' nav)

    Bye,bye

Compatibility: Nuvi 7x5 series , the 3xxx series and 2xxx series
In 3xxx and 2xxx you can put it also in sd/Map folder with its name gmap3d.img

so I cant put it on a sd card? also my gmapsupp doesn't have .ing on it and it works?
if I can just see a picture of a sd card with the files on it I would understand it better.

Try in folder SD\Garmin\.... mapset named gmap3d.img...or gmapsd1.img...or gmapsup1.img, and check in Info Maps

    Or in nav\Garmin\gmap3d1.img (obvious)

    Bye,bye

CN north America nt 2010.10 3d with CN north America nt 2013.40, wont work, they must belong to the same release version.

Yes backup on pc preloaded .imgs along their *.gma and *.unl files ,then replace with new .imgs and delete .gma and .unl from nuvi.
if maps are locked drag&drop them one by one in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] before copying them in nuvi
