GarminMobileXT not see files larger than 2 Gb (For Symbian is probably 100%). Must be cut from MapSource new file less than 2Gb.

It appears there is a part missing in the 3 download links of the NovaUp download in post #1. The three downloaded volumes are:

    - part 1: grvi6umpia7a3.rar
    - part 2: 09sw8g4n3tj34.rar
    - part 3: iw3ch8qbu7eea.rar

According to following screenshots, either there is supposed to be a part called grvi6umpia7a4.rar, or part grvi6umpia7a3.rar is corrupt...

    Thanks in advance.

The map is not unlocked. You must make file *. UNL

Hi, thanks for the reply. I did unlock the map in Mapsource (after replacing the Mapsource.exe with one another version). Prior to this I had version 2011.10 of the maps which were already unlocked. There was no *.unl file in the 2011.10 map directory. The only *.unl file I am aware of is the sw.unl in my Garmin Mobile PC directory.

By the way, does the Garmin Mobile PC work with the JCV data and the 3d buildings? I'm not sure how these are supposed to be used with Garmin Mobile Pc.

From Mapsouce remove a country map you dont need ,before sending the gmapsupp.img to your phone or you wont have any map , there is a 2gb size limit for gmapsupp.img in phones
