Thank you, but I cannot download from any of the links provided, all I need is the rar file part03, there is no "Winwar" word in either Chinese or English and if I use the Telecom download it asks for a password. I think it will be easier to learn Chinese

But thanks anyway.

Use jDownloader. And sorry to say that, but consider to use the new map supplied by Caty. (Which means also, restart complete)
