    Interesting with this 30N map. I installed it and it works fine. This part is 650 km north from me but it looks good.
    The strange thing is that when I zoom out in Mapsource I can see about 10 other areas outlined, just like the 30N. But it is only the 30N that have the details when zooming in.
    The directory with the installation files is 89 MB large but the installed map is only 36 MB in the directory used by Mapsource.
    So, one wonders what is in the remaining 53 MB ? Surely not enough for all the outlined parts but some more part(s)? Inspecting the installed map with gmaptool only shows info about the 30N part.

    Anybody having some more information about this?
    I have not purchased the prime map of my area and the pricing seems to be aimed at proffessional users, each tile is only 50x50 km, but of corse it would be nice to have it

    It's a FULL Garmin product installation for MapSource. The MapSource installation package is of course included in the "Disk.cab" file.

    You have not used the correct full input of MapID/FID (1749), PID (1), RgnID (2) & VenID (13). Just used the single input MapID = 1749 where the rest defaults to 1,0,0.
    Garmin uses the same preview map for many regions and you will only see the not included ones as empty zombie regions on detail level.
    It's just data for region 30N and also the MapSource product in the full content installation package from Garmin. No extra regions included and every region has it's own install package.

    TDB data viewed in HexEditor:
    attachment.php?attachmentid=82053

    Here's the details from post #1:

    Map ID= 1749
    pid =1
    reg id =2
    vendid =13
    fill ALL the fields in JetMouse keygen enabling additional ones --in this way you 'll be able to see and transfer 30N region

    Either buy the product or wait until someone uploads the region you want. Waiting for upload will probably take forever for most regions. There's 308 regions in total.
    During the last 12 months there's only one Friluftskartan Prime region released (this one 30N) to public forums and two extra regions in private Garmin forums (as far as I know).

    Yes, of course. The Mapsource must be in a distribution. Easy to forget since I alrady have it and have had for many years...
    And thanks for enlighten us about the placeholders for maps.
    If or when I get my hands on more of the 308 elements I will surely share it with you!

    I did, and im new to this but still not sure about the difference. Im using a prime map and only use the mapid and the map seems to work fine for me. Is the only diffence that you only see the actual map and not the ghostregions?

    Thanks for your help.

    Which region do you have? Are you willing to share it with us? I would like to have 15G.
