map can be unlocked with unlocker and fid 2037 however only basecard can be seen . This is a waste of time i am sorry to say .

finally it works , I had to put in : MapInstallDEU.dll in the installation map (This DLL was missing ) . 50 km view gives blank (that,s why I thought it was not working ). Zooming above and under 50 km gives good result.
