    Garmin City Navigator Singapore/Malaysia NT 2009.31 (2009-10) is the latest for Mal/Sin.
    3D building view needs gmap3d.img
    JCV neeeds either SgMyTa.JCV or SgMyMal.JCV

    However JCV files are encrypted and needs local firmware to work.
    Cant quite remember if Thiland's JCV is locked
