Hello, how to unlock the above-mentioned function, if it is possible?
Maybe there is a possibility to throw soft from 3597 to 2599?

It can be found by touching on the battery icon and hold down for at least 5 seconds, you will enter a service menu, It should be listed there.
Unfortunately, there is no such number
As he wrote kunix in your post :
Maybe those firmwares don't have PCB P/N inside. As I understand PCB P/N is only shown in "battery menu". This menu doesn't work on 6xx.

You've switched from asking about enabling 3D on 2599 to commenting on 'battery menu' availability for 6xx ...... oh well.
- nuvi 6xx series enter the hidden menu by holding the time readout [top RH corner] for ~6 seconds rather than the battery symbol as for most nuvi series. But yes, as some of 6xx series don't have PCB P/N listed in firmware it follows that it also doesn't display in that device's hidden menu either.
- Any of the 2xxx series i've been able to check does have the menu behind the battery symbol and the PCB P/N is listed there. To reach the Version Information page you may have to press 'Next' or lower RH corner several times. PCB P/N is shown near the top. In 2599 with HWID 1947 [C4] and HWID 1758 it may not display text numerals for PCB P/N correctly or even at all however. That's because it's shown quite strangely in firmware. Presence of hexadecimal 25 and 75 is unusual in PCB P/N [hex 25 & 75 are text '%' and 'u', decimal '37' and '117' respectively]. If you could clarify what you see on that menu page in your device and what HWIS you have it would be appreciated as i don't have a 2xx9 to check myself.
- Enabling 3D Buildings and Landmarks on 2xx9 [and 2xx7/8] is not so easy as with earlier 2xx5 devices because modding region 140 doesn't work for your device. See: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Enabling would need serious firmware manipulation.
- Don't try to cross-flash 3597 fw to your 2599 because the PCB P/Ns don't match. At worst you will irretrievably brick it.

Ok, thanks for the explanation of the topic.
I'll give it a rest with 3D buildings
