Original HERE map is 4x in size but it wasnt able to perform a "points of interest" "spell name" search?
To make things worse, it actually interfered with the other 2 open source maps?
What use is Garmin HERE map, should i just deactivate it?
a bit reluctant to deselect it as i thought i needed the postal code search function as well.

Hence I repeated the same test using different maps selection, this time was a postal code search.
i managed to get near-instant results on all 5 sets
Garmin HERE neither helped with, or deterred, the search based on postal code. (i randomly tested a few postal codes)

Whats actually inside the .img file?
Would malsing and malfree suffice?

Many thanks in advance
