    help Etrex summit and Win 10

    I have another GPS,Garmin eTrex Summit of 2003, and I can not connect my USB to BaseCamp PC operating system W 10 to 64 bits. Do you know any solution? Thanks in advance.

    Basecamp doesn't support the older units with serial interfaces. You will need to use Mapsource instead and Serial interface RS-232 cable.

    You have to navigate to get to the good.

    On reading your manual I see it is a nice colour unit with USB, now you need to look in your windows Device Manager and see what Com port is allocated to it. then check in base camp to see if you can select that comport for a GPS if not try another USB socket on your computer till you find one that is supported by Base camp. "I don't have base camp loaded anymore as I don't use base camp or mapsource." so I can't test this point.
