In your case, NT maps cannot be altered (ie you cannot unlock it by any unlocker), but unaltered signed NT maps (with FID < 2200) should work using UNL file created by means of JM-KG-ChecksumFix.

Recently Garmin released new nuvi 2597 with new hardware and software that it`s look like 2xx9 devices and can`t accept cracked maps, the previous model of 2597 has 4.60 as software version but all the new released devices has 5.40 software version.

This is new challenge from Garmin since it discontinued all the previous models that accept cracked map and released 2xx9 series.

Is there any way to develop a tool can crack the maps that those new released can read it same as nuvi 55 and 65.
