Default (RESOLVED) garmin nuvi 360 mapsource or basecamp not saw my waypoints?

garmin nuvi 360 mapsource or basecamp not saw my waypoints?

well I do not do the backup of my waypoints very often, but curiously mapsource says my gps does not include data, for which is basecamp, I do not have a message, but I find nothing?

Resolved with info of Giomen /Catymag and myself !

In any case you can use Mapsource or Basecamp to open waypoints directly. Go to open file, select GPX extension, and choose your_device_drive:\Garmin\GPX\current.gpx. So you can make backup by copying this file directly to PC.

I know, for new gps same colorado or montana, mapsource not working well for management waypoint, only basecamp work well.

So for my nuvi 360, waypoint working well 2 years ago, with mapsource, yesterday i trying with mapsource, not working and same with basecamp?
Normaly no need use move file for backup, mapsource make this!

Mapsource et basecamp saw my gps, so when i want importe waypoint gps to mapsource, i have message, empty?

You must upload this file back to GPS with any name but not current.gpx. temp.gpx for example. After you will reload GPS all new waypoints would be added but no changes would be doing with old data. You can delete not used old data from menu of device after upload new data or clear all data under service menu before uploading changed data.

New gps same colorado or montana have another data structure and working algorithm. You can change data directly in device with mapsource like you do with your files on PC in Office application for example.

i know i am sure one waster reset (factory reset) probably fix it, so for the science, I want to fix it without master reset if possible!
my gps saw all my gps waypoint, if i want manuel copy for each waypoint is possible, so i dont know why i dont saw directory GPX?
