    hi all
    i have a problem with garmin express , always show this message

    Did you try MapUpdater to see if it can update Western Europe ?

    yes i tried but it did not recognize the map at all , the same problem with tow devices

    Do you have latest version of GE installed?
    You use some proxy on your Pc?

    If you can, try run GE on some other Pc or go to friend and try it there will work.

    the same problem on other computer
    i forget to say that the device show this message when boot : can not unlock maps

    What device do you have and if you have LMT or LM?
    If you don't have LM or LMT then you don't have life time and GE can't download new maps.

    If you have lifetime then you can try to delete old map and then run GE to download new map.
    If you wish, you can [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Look at Mygarmin page where you registered this unit and reload unlock codes.

    You have to navigate to get to the good.

    this what i get from Garmin , is that mean there are no updates , is it MPC ?

    You have nuvi 3590 not 3590LM or 3590LMT, if you didn't buy lifetime card then you CAN'T update maps with GE.
