help Can't transfer routes from mapsource to 3790 device

When I bought my nuvi 3790 device, a few years ago, it was not possible to transfer routes from MS to 3790 device. After one of the updates the problem was solved and routes could be transferred , but it lasted only some time . Since the beggining 2013 till now it is not possible to transfer routes to 3790, and I do not know what happened. So, I just transfer waypoints.
I must say, also, that my 3790 was faster when it was new. May it has a soft problem?
    Thanks

You should be able to transfer "Trips" to 37xx not "routes".
Mapsource is discontinued and it's better to use Basecamp now.
You can have routing problems with an .img made with MS and new maps.

If you never did it, make a hard reset, this should be done after every software update.

You have to navigate to get to the good.

Well, the correct word is "trip" then. I guess any time you push the button for about 5 seconds device shuts down and when I start it again a hard reset has been done, if there is any other way please let me know. Sorry to say I could not transfer "trips" with Basecamp or MS. Thanks!

Have you tried to transfer to the SD card ?
After transfer reboot 3790 and wait a while.
It is supposed to appear in trip planner as a trip.
