Did you do a hard reset after fw update? First do a files backup. With Nuvi off, hold lower RH corner and turn on. At the 'Erase all user data' screen, select 'Yes'.

3590 LMT speed limit + sign never disappearing
Hi,
I bought 3590LMT few days ago, and I had City Navigator Europe 2013.10 NTU map on it. Speed limit works as it should.
Then, new firmware came out, and I update device with it. Also I update my device with new map, City Navigator Europe 2013.20 NTU.
Then I went to my short trip and I notice, that there is no speed limit circle with auto-updating speed in it, only red circle with + sign in it. Situation is the same on highways or city streets. If I press + sign, there is written speed limit for that road which I have to correct. But when I press cancel, + sign remain. If I press some value for correction, it stays till another street, when + sign pop up again.
Is there a way to manage this?

I updated my 3590 to fw v7.20 and no problem at all for speed limit sign.

May be in dddd (where are you from) there is not speed limit on this maps.
Garmin, how much is 30 pieces of silver for Judas today? Were they worthy for crucifix of GPSPower?

I did hard reset, situation was the same. So I did re-install of latest firmware, and then I re-installed maps of Europe, and magically everything starts to work as it should. It could be some firmware bug or something similar.
My point was, that "+" sign was everywhere, even if I start Simulation mode, every street in Munich was with "+" sign, every highway in southern Germany also.
Now everything is looking normal.
