What does +HT+PA+LA etc mean?

I have western Europe lifetime maps, and notice on myGarmin that it says I have map+ht+pa and I've no idea what that means! Nuvi 2445 BTW.

Also, I note the 2013.40 western Europe is available, but it's not showing up as available to upgrade in myGarmin. Any ideas when they usually make the new maps available?

P probably means Phonetics for speech recognition, and may be stands for ASR, but just guessing it.
