I'm not sure i actually understand your problem fully and I realise English is not your first language, however with a bit of guessing i think your problem may have happened because of the download being interrupted.

If the update was interrupted because your nuvi lost power or was being insufficiently charged and then turned itself off the 2016.10 map download may have been corrupted, and the same can sometimes happen if the internet connection is broken. Obviously something has happened to prevent the update and it has not been transferred to your nuvi because you stated it's still showing the 2014.10. It's impossible for the full EU map together with the additional files to fit on the 4GB internal memory so if the full update process were to complete MU will ask for a card to be inserted as shown in quik's image from Post #1:

The nuvi battery should not fully discharge if it's kept connected to a properly-powered usb port and the computer is active the whole time. Try with the battery fully charged first, only connect directly to a rear USB port on the computer [not a front port or a hub] and if possible use an ADSL or cable modem rather than tether your mobile if the signal is not constantly showing full strength.

The other possibility is that you've actually downloaded the installed map data [gmap folder] to your computer not the map *img to your nuvi, by enabling 'View alternative install options':
