I have 1 map installed as of now on my device. I have an 8 gig micro sdhc card, so there is more room to fit on the card, just not sure if unit is compatible with having more then one map installed. I always can purchase another sd card and swap out the cards if I have too, but being able to change maps from the same card would be great. Any help will be appreciated. Thanx
There was a firmware made by Alexander2010 for 60CSx/76CSX posted at gps-forum.ru which by combination of buttons can change between two images on an SD card - gmapsupp.img and gmapsupp1.img. The firmware had also other interesting functions. Unfortunately, can't find the topic now.
Well yes, the easiest solution is via gmaptool as Caty wrote.

Thanks! Useful comment and post but...no. I meant other firmware version 4.00 with support of two images on an SD card made by Alexander for 60csx/76csx. It was also posted at gps-forum.ru but sorry I just can't find the topic right now.
P.P: I found the topic:
I have a gpsmap 60 Cx and I was wondering the same thing but my question is a little bit more particular, I would like to have access to a TOPO map from time to time (hunting purpose) and be able to switch to the city navigator north America (driving purpose). any idea if it's possible?
Now card are cheap, I think the best and convenient solution is to swap SDs, instead of merging maps or use old patched firmwares
