Default Is it possible to extend or disable automatic switch off?

As a delivery driver the GPS is attached to power all the time, but when I switch off ignition and do my delivery and come back a few minutes later the unit has turned off and have to go through all the start up procedure again.

Is there any way to disable the automatic switch off when loss of external power or extend the automatic turn off from 30 seconds to at least 5 minutes or more?

You could put an always powered socket/line. Some older cars have their cigarette socket always powered. Just like the headlights, hazard lights, etc.
