    transfer of coordinates to Excel

    Hi,
I have a Garmin Nuvi 1350 and wish to transfer live GPS co-ordinates and preferably elevation from the GPS into a file on my PC upon request. I'm flexible as to choice of product, but so long as I can dump the co-ordinates to a flat file or excel i'm happy.
Can anyone recommend suitable software to achieve this? I looked as the free version of EasyGPS, but could not find this option. Any advice?
    Thanks in advance...

No luck with Junction View with SgMy SW v 2.70 in 2x5w

    Hi there
I've just followed your tute on the firmware flash on a 2X5w. I've enabled lane assist but no luck with Junction View. The GPS software version is 3.10b while the SgMy SW ver. is 2.70 as you'd expect. I read somewhere the SgMy software expects the JCV file to be encrypted (which it isn't). I'm in Australia.
    Thx Phil

    Default

    Hi,
First, use your management tool to export the waypoints and routes to current.gpx file.
connect your nuvi 1350 via usb port to PC. Copy the current.gpx file.
Then open the excel software. Use file open to open all files. Open the current.gpx file as text file.
Insert the relevant symbols such as ", or any other symbol that can separate the latitude, longitude, altitude and time, the data will be extracted in a table form.

    Good luck.
