Angry GPS Garmin 3790T will not turn on

I have a Garmin GPS model 3790T and suddenly will not turn on and not connecting with the USB cable.
Does anyone know what might be happening?
I live in Brazil and would like to know if anyone know any authorized service provider and trusted me to send the GPS.

Or try to press power botton for more than 10 seconds and wait.
Many times this will solve this problem.
    Good luck.

It looks like a dead battery. Garmin has had sum issues with their battery's lately and if it's part of the defective batch Garmin should replace the unit for you, as they did for me. My unit just died off as I was driving. If you can't get it going again after a day or two you should call Garmin. Good Luck!

@hacsat, About a week after i purchased my 3790T had same problem, it is true that some of the units have had battery problems and checked with garmin to seen if my unit had the serial number corresponds with problem, but my unit was newer so no issue there.
What i did is connected the unit to the car cradle for about 30min on charge and removed unite, I pressed and HELD the power button on until it turned on, I recall it was bout 30second or more, so i would try and hold the power button on hold it as you have nothing to loose but you unit for a month.
