You have to navigate to get to the good.

The "Truck" option did exist on the older 3XX and 6XX USA units, but now Garmin wants you to buy a new GPs from them to get this feature.

My nuvi 255W and 775T have the "Truck" option (and several other options the USA firmwares do not have) because I loaded Sg/My firmware on the 255W and Taiwan firmware on the 775T. Routing time is based on a "Trucks" speed limit and it will route using State/Interstate highways and major streets avoiding residential areas if possible. See below:

The nuvi 465 will also route along roads appropriate for the size of the truck and the load you are carrying. It has the NTTS (National Truck & Trailer Services) Breakdown Directory, specialized routing options to support truck-related restrictions (customizable by height, weight, length, width, and hazardous materials) throughout the lower 48 states (is this used in Europe?), and truck-friendly points of interest.
