Android phone- installing uk and ireland map ?

Help !!
Trying to install the latest 1.4apk and uk and ireland map 985.8155 on my Android phone ( version 5.1.1 ) [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

so okay from memory when I had this on my phone before I had the apk stored / installed on the memory card off the phone, the rest off the stuff was within the data folder that is within the android folder off the internal memory and I had it like :

com.tomtom.ukireland > files and meta data files > click into the " files " and get a second set off " files and meta data " files.. open these second set off files and the 11 other files will be within ie. art, voices, uk and ireland map itself etc and thats it.

whenever I try and run the apk I get no maps found.. anyone any idea ?
