Cannot use these maps

Hello everyone,
I am trying to install USA_CANADA_925_5412 to my TomTom 740 Live, I am using the fastactivate tool. From the meta file - the meta is available for it however it is not activating the maps. I am receiving the .dct error.
It will be great if someone can help me out for this.

MyNavcore is 9.510.
I also patched it using the fastactivate.
