How to Cure Garmin nuvi 750
My troubles began when I used Garmin LifeTime maps to update the firmware and map
-The computer no longer recognized the unit when plugging in USB cable
-The firmware was stuck on “Loading Maps…”
-The unit had a weak battery

First step: Fully charge the nuvi 750 or replace the weak battery

Now for the cure
1. Download and extract cure file:
Nuvi700-710-750-760-770-780_fw3.20_HID_0754_CURE_PouchX.zip
2. Pre-Boot mode: (Important)
-Turn off Nuvi 750
- Hold finger on the upper right corner of the screen
- Slide to Power on, then Slide to lock, and quickly insert USB cable into computer
- You have to do it very quickly, without waiting for the GARMIN logo
3. You now have 30 seconds to start UPDATER.EXE file
4. Wait until the nuvi itself reboots
