Maps Update Help

Hi

i don't know if my post belong here
i am a truck driver
i have a Galaxy Tab A
with IGO Nextgen and maps form 2017
my question is there an update for the maps and truck stops and how can i update them?
i dont have a lot of knowledge in computers and tech stuff
(i didnt install the IGO)
