    This model does not exist.
70/71 is the name of the carcass.
See the purchase box for your model.

Sorry to revive an older thread.

Looking for a backup for a VW PID V2 as I suspect the filesystem has been corrupted.
As everyone knows by now, it is not possible to get it via the Navigon servers using the "Fresh" software..

Following the OP link there is a folder "Back-up_VW_PID_V2_7.16.8" but there is only part4 of the file here..
There is a backup for the SEAT branded PID there, but I'm not sure what the differences are..

Does anyone have a full backup for a VW device?

    Thank you,

    Edit:

    Abort mission...

After performing a factory reset of my unit, it is now working again.
I will pull a backup from the unit for future reference..

Post#3, link is ok for VW UP 7.10.25 Built 2481

if needed, use Navigon Fresh software to repair device, read carefully latest post (#7)
Before asking a question, know it's already discussed here and at 99.9% is not unique. Use search.

Many questions become very arduous, a lot of time chewed deja vu...Since we have lost all the year of work and effort, many people have no will to answer the same questions again. Me neither. Use a search, please.

Thanks for the reply, but Navigon has now closed and my navigator is not recognized on the Garmin site. The backup link in post 1 has expired and so has the link in post 3
