Compliance and/or Showcause Notice to titisoim:

    1. Workplace Heath & Safety laws require a second handrail on the downstream side of the pedestrian bridge.

    2. The snow needs be swept from it on at least an hourly basis day and night, and if it's surface and the connecting pathways becomes iced they shall be salted regularly.

    3. The Christmas tree should be moved at least two metres to the left to allow clear unobstructed and safe access to and egress from the bridge itself, and it's decorative lights need to be fitted with waterproof sockets and the circuitry tested and if found to be safe appropriately tagged as such by an licensed electrical contractor.

    4. The flashing star at the top of the steeple potentially has a mesmerising strobe-like effect and it possible effects on the local wildlife's brain wave patterns must be assessed under an accredited Environmental Impact Report undertaken by an approved Environmental Scientist of no less that 4 years professional experience in the particular field of Wildlife Mesmerisation.

5.1 The bird in the tree seemingly is under some distress possibly due to prolonged exposure to bitter cold. The property owner needs to take immediate appropriate action to ensure that it's core body temperature does not fall below 1 degree Centigrade of it's usual active summertime temperature.
5.2 The usual temperature shall be determined by a committee of no less than 10 experts in the field of ornithology having regard to the ambient temperature and the relevant spontaneous movement of the bird over the preceding 24 hours period prior to its have taken up its present roosting position.
5.3 Should it be found by a majority ruling of the committee that to protect its health the bird should be relocated to a warmer location then the property owner shall be required to meet the full cost of such relocation and the reasonable expenses of the entire committee who's members will be required to accompany the bird during its relocation to a hereinafter determined warmer location, preferably Tahiti, Bahamas or such other such barmy clime as may be decided by a secret ballot of the committee.
5.4 In the event that there is a hung-decision by the committee then and only in that event a coin shall be tossed, with the elected Chairman of the committee calling heads or tails as he solely shall decide to break the impass and in ...... blah blah, rhubarb, blather, yadda yadda ...

Don't laugh! That's the sort of thing that could happen if Lawyers were in charge of Christmas.

    YEAH !!!

    @ NEIL

I have sent an private message at TITISOIM (he is a friend).....
Text of the message is this:

    " Hello TITI
..... maybe it's better that you to be present in Italian or other International Forums .....
This Forum, as you can read, you attended by strange and dangerous users (read, for example,>> NEIL << ) .....then the decision is yours..... "

Translated also into Spanish language (maybe he didn't understand English very well....like it happens for me.)

    "Hola TITI

Do you think I have done well to write so ??
