    Are you shure?

    The rar-file is ~11,2MB; the resulting exe-file is ~11,7MB.
The original GM exe-file is ~40MB; this does not fit.

    Please give some hints.

My last "working" 64bit copy. All credit to haute for the patch.
    Global Mapper 14.1 64 (b041113) - .exe file only.
To use with GlobalEnergyMapper simply rename global_mapper14.exe to global_energy_mapper14.exe

    I made a short test with haute's 32-bit Version.

It is much smaller than the original, but it seems to work okay!!!!
    Very much surprised!

Somebody else with tests and results?

Do you have the same for the 64-bit version?

Hi CNFHBR, yes i have , but i have not any packed/crypter software for x64 "EXE" files.

I like it to be protected the "exe". Do you know any software for it?.

    Hi Haute,

I made some more tests with the 32-bit version; it really seems to work, even if it is much smaller (12MB compared to 40MB).
I am still testing different functions.-

    - Can you give some hints, where you got it from?
    - Can we derive some general rules for making such versions running?
    - Any idea, why it is working, while it is much smaller?

    Thanks

It is a file packed (Compressed), once executed, is decompressed in ram memory and fills the same as the original.
