Creating your own routable maps
I used GPS Mapedit to do this and had good results but now as soon as i export to IMG it is no longer routable yet visible on GPS unit and Basecamp
Where could my problem lie

I had this happen to me. Three things to check:
1) Which "level" of cgpsmapper (Does it support routing)
2) The settings in the Polish Map File:
MG=Y
Routing=Y
3) Do the roads actually intersect with a common node? Imagine an overpass. It may look like it intersects the lower road, but, unless you explicitly tell GPSMapEdit - it does not.
