Maybe i found a solution for those who want the latest version of Topo Drive but with Digital Elevation Model info. I created a set of maps with GMapTool using Topo Drive Hellas and the Greek part Of Recreational Map of Europe v3.01. After that i copied the set to a USB Stick open BaseCamp, select the map product and create a route using hiking profile.

You' ll get a nice 3D map view:

The first step is to create a version of Recreational Map of Europe v3.01 for MapSource then install it and cut only the Greek part of the map.

After playing around with TopoDrive Hellas I must say I am really impressed!
I think I like it even better than Anavasi TopoNavigator.
I found a problem with the typ file however, the creators of this map kept the typ very basic and made a mistake with the Draworder of some polygons.
Polygon 0x10f07 defines National Parks but it has Draworder 9, the highest of all. The result is that entire national parks are covering other important polygons like lakes, forests and Rocky areas.
Example: Lake Prespa at the border of Albania and FYROM is totally hidden by the National Park.
I corrected the typ by changing some draworders (see result above).
Just replace the typ file with GMapTool or JaVaWa TYPchanger.

How does one change the draw order for polygons (etc) in a TYP file?
How does one change the draw order for polygons (etc) in a TYP file?
In addition to Caty's answer: Polygons are the only objects (out of 3) with a draworder.
It would be nice to have the possibility to assign a draworder to polylines as well, in most custom maps (Openstreetmaps too) draworder errors can be seen when roads or waterways are crossing each other.
