As I can see on Garmin site, we have official French, German, Duch,Finnish , Italian, Spanish, Swedish , Portuguese and Norvegian texts.
There is an unofficial polish translation too from Garniak's users.
Is there Russian or other Cyrrilic language available for fenix?

Yeah, I saw. Need Russian or an other cyrrilic alphabet language. I am not interested in the western latin languages. As here are a lot of russian spakers thought that maybe someone has already translated the menu to Russian or there maybe a special firmware? Not very sure do this watches supports Cyrrilic.
No support for CP1251 or Unicode is in this device. Only TRANSLITERATION mode is available for modifying text file. This device is very specific and a more expensive I think Garmin do not interesting for Cyrrilic localized version by that reason. All user of this device whom I know is sportsmen and so English is their second native language.
Only user modification with changing of external symbol for western latin as usually may be.
Garmin, how much is 30 pieces of silver for Judas today? Were they worthy for crucifix of GPSPower?
Thanks Gio! Pity Garmin contonue to do such things.
No, not only sportmen. The target group for this watch is quite extensive - hiking, huning, marine, sport etc.
Ok, I am leaving this topic like this. Hopefully there is development in the future over this issue
P.P.: There is chinesse localized version:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
If it can be in chinesse thn it can be in cyrrilic too.

Cyrrilic market is not significant, we do not have even official office in some big countries. In only total consumer goods we have a normal cyrrilic translation.
For example, specific device like Zumo 350 do not have any russian translation for except of part of menu. All object on maps is without translation and user must do it himself.
Or a little statistics, in my region we have 3 devices what was bought abroad as opposed to 1 device from local distributor. No service, no support, no affordable price, no normal warranty are reasons for that in Russia. Plus, there is no proper logistics in supply. In other country we buy devices that was a renewed by Garmin. Navicom at once buys sea container and he sold his three year...
China is more greater market!!!!!

China is Garmin biggest compatitor. Doubt they sell more units in China than in Russia. Even you can see from the latest published revenus that Asian market is times less than Europen in which Russia is included.

It is very not correct to compare European and Russian consumer budgets!

I am really wonder how software in our days doesn't support UNICODE charset.
I am fine with English interface and I can do Russian translations by my own, but lack of Cyrillic charset support does makes all of this meaningless.
Also the Notifications from iPhone looks weird if the contact name written in Russian.
Garmin wake up!
BTW Garmin released transliterated "Russian" language pack, but better they do not.
